RADHIKA APTE CAREER:
Apte’s first starring role was in the year 2009 Bengali social drama, Antaheen.
Radhika made her Marathi film debut in the year 2009 with the tragic romance, Samaantar. Actress Radhika Apte gathered widespread praise for her supporting work from thriller Badlapur, the comedy film Hunterrr, and the biographical film Manjhi – The Mountain Man.
Her leading roles in the year 2016 independent films Phobia and Parched earned her further acclaim. Radhika Apte starred in three Netflix productions—Lust Stories, Sacred Games and Ghoul in the year 2018.
In 2018, Radhika co-starred with actor Akshay Kumar and Actress Sonam Kapoor in the film ‘Pad Man’. Cute actress Radhika Apte has been married to London-based musician Benedict Taylor since 2012.
In Pune, she studied initially in a regular school, and then was home schooled along with her four friends by their parents living in the same building, who did not want their children to go through regular schooling system.
Radika Apte is an Economics and Mathematics graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. Radhika’s family are Hindu Marathis.Radhika is a trained Kathak dancer and received training in it for 8 years. Before Radhika’s parents were working as Doctors at the Christian Medical College and hospital, Vellore.
Her father Mr. Charudutt Apte subsequently became a neurosurgeon and the chairman of Sahyadri Hospital, Pune. Radhika is the famous Indian celebrity, who has worked in nine different languages in different movies. Actress Radhika Apte charges approx. 1 crore rupees per film. The actress lives in her Versova apartment, Mumbai.
