Paris Hilton was born in the New York City, United States. She is the oldest of four children. her father is Richard Hilton and mother is Kathy Hilton. She also has a sister named Nicky Hilton and two younger brothers, Conrad and Barron. As a child she was good friends with Ivanka Trump, Kim Kardashian and Nicole Richie. Her other childhood best friend is her sister Nicky Hilton who spent a quality time with her.

She went to her first year of high school at the Marywood-Palm Valley School in Rancho Mirage, California, United States. Then she went to the Dwight School, New York, United States for her second and third years of high school. A lot of people know that Paris Hilton went to school there with famous pop singer Lady Gaga. After some time, she had to move to the Canterbury Boarding School, New Milford, Connecticut.

But, she was forced to stop going to the school in 1999 because she didn’t follow the school rules. When she was a child she started modeling, most often at the charity events. When Paris Hilton turned 19, she joined with Donald Trump’s modeling agency.

Paris Hilton started her career in modeling as a teenager when Hilton signed with New York based modeling development agency, called ‘Trump Model Management’. David Lachapelle who is an American commercial and fine-art photographer, soon photographed her for the September 2000 issue of Vanity Fair.

She has been in the media for various reasons. She has become popular for her bad behavior that she sometimes shows in the public. An another reason for her stardom is that a home-made sex video with her former boyfriend, Rick Salomon (later released as 1 Night in Paris) was leaked in 2003 onto the Internet. She was the star of the reality television series ‘The Simple Life’ for five seasons.

In 2004, she published her book, ‘Confessions of an Heiress‘, which became a Best Seller in the New York Times. In 2005, Paris Hilton starred in a horror movie ‘House of Wax’. She also released her self-titled debut studio album, ‘Paris Hilton’ in 2006. This album reached no. 6 on the Billboard 200 and respectively produced successful single “Stars Are Blind”.

She returned to television shows with the Paris Hilton’s My New BFF franchise in 2008, with ‘The World According to Paris’ in 2011, and again with ‘Hollywood Love Story’ in 2018.

She has also played small roles in Hollywood movies and TV series including ‘Paris’, ‘Not France’ (2008), ‘Teenage Paparazzo’ (2010) and ‘The American Meme’ (2018). Paris Hilton made her first debut as a DJ at Brazil’s Pop Music Festival in 2012.
