Born in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S., and raised in Dallas, Texas, Alektra Blue’s family originated from Sierra Leone and the Lebanon. Her family used to speak Krio at home and she only began learning English when she was only eight years old. Alektra has two dogs named, Stella and Bennett.
She was an athletic child who played volleyball and soccer as well as participating in track and cheerleading throughout her high school years.
Upon graduating from high school she held a series of jobs; from working as a receptionist at a local fitness center to answering phones at a call center in Arizona, United States and tending bar in Texas.
